this database. If the report you are looking for is still unavailable, please call the Records Office at: (308) 233-5250 Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M.-5:30 P.M. Central Time Zone Fee for a report obtained online is $3.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Every operator of a motor vehicle involved in an accident resulting
in either injury, death or damages over $1,000 to the property of any one person (including the operator) must complete and return a Nebraska state accident report form within 10 days following the accident to: Highway Safety, Nebraska Department of Roads P.
